iPad 2: Almost Here

The iPad 2 is just arround the corner and this is what we now so far:

The New Apple iPad 2 is 33% thinner and up to 15 % lighter (more thinner than the iPhone 4), have 1GHz Dual Core A5 chip and a 9X faster GPU and 10 hrs of battery life or 1 month in standby. Also have two cameras ,the back camera with video recording, HD (720p) up to 30 frames per second with audio; still camera with 5x digital zoom and the front camera with video recording, VGA up to 30 frames per second with audio; VGA-quality still camera.The display is 9.7-inch (diagonal) LED-backlit glossy widescreen Multi-Touch display with IPS technology,1024-by-768-pixel resolution at 132 pixels per inch (ppi), Fingerprint-resistant oleophobic coating. Three-axis gyro, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n) , Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR technology and photo and video geotagging are also include. It will go on sale March 11 in the United Sates for $499 for 16GB, $599 for 32GB model ,$ 699 for 64 GB and will include new futures: HDMI video out port to connect via a $39 cable to TVs and monitors, Find My iPad, will show you where your iPad is on a map, you can set a passcode lock to prevent unauthorized access to your device and configure iPad to delete all your data after too many unsuccessful passcode attempts , IPad Side Switch – Customize the switch on the side of your iPad to lock the screen rotation or mute the volume. So you can lock your iPad display in landscape or portrait. Or quickly go from volume on to volume off. Configure the side switch in Settings to toggle between your options and finally AirPlay to stream content from your iPad to HDTV via Apple TV. The iPad 2 will run iOS 4.3 that will include AirPlay Enhancements, a new safari that will run twice faster, also you will able play your entire iTunes library from anywhere in the house with the new iTunes Home Sharing feature,will include a new iMovie, a native photo app call Photo Booth and a new music creation app call it GarageBand and of course the familiar facetime app.
